I should wake up feeling refreshed but for some reason I don’t.
Don't judge your sleep by how you feel when you wake up. Judge it late in the evening. Was I energetic today? Did I have excess sleepiness today? (Being sleepy after lunch is normal.) Near bedtime, am I tired but not stressed out?

Adding to Pugsy's last comment, study good sleep hygiene and try to practice it. Typically, modern society is afflicted with poor sleep hygiene.

I've looked into all of the things that you are talking about, and agree. I've got my vitamin levels figured out, acid reflux under control, I only wake up 0-2 times per night (that I remember), and always get 7.5-8hrs of sleep.

As I stated in my first post though, and why I started posting here, is that I feel better at all points in the day when not on my machine than on my machine (again small sample size of 2 nights, but after I adjust to settings I tweak here I'll try going maskless again)... So that's why I think my issue is with something on the machine other than pressure settings aimed at tweaking my AHI scores.
