I used to sleep exclusively on my right side and never move, but now I'm having some back pain and some shoulder pain and I turn right side, back, and left side a few times a night. I'm most comfortable on my back these days. My AHI is still great (0.2 - 0.3) with variable pressure. I used to stick a soft C-shaped pillow under my chin to give a little support to my chin, but it doesn't seem to be an issue with the pillow I use now.
What kind of pillow do you use now?

During my sleep study when they asked me to sleep on my back, remembering my CPR training to keep the neck extended. I rolled up a towel and placed it in back of my neck which gave me the lowest AHI of my study.

Put rubber band around the towel.
