And I thought that was going to be a link to an Anna Nicole article....
Since we are on the topic of how safe doctor prescribed drugs are.....

snork, you're using "Restful Legs" by Hylands? Did you find it online or in a healthfood store? I've tried "Leg Cramps" by Hylands for RLS because it has Quinine in it and that's what they used to have in a regular OTC drug for RLS years and years ago. The one I have seems to help some, but because it didn't state it was specifically for restlest legs, I haven't used it in any regular way at all. Would like to try this "Restful Legs" one, though, and see if helps.

Yes it is "Restful legs" by Hyland that I am using, NOT the "leg cramps" blend, which the local stores DO have. I had to search on-line and go through new sources I hadn't used before which always makes me nervous. Several places have the "Restful Legs" on sale. I bought it through Drs. Trust or something like that. It took FOREVER for it to ship from them, but otherwise the transaction went smoothly.

Last night was a "twitchy" night, even after my calcium-magnesium and plenty of exercise, all of which sometimes calms me down. Normally that would mean it would be a rough night. I just melted one tablet under my tongue after waiting 15 minutes after brushing my teeth, read a few minutes, then vaguely remember getting up once for the bathroom(only once is GOOD for me) and then the alarm going off.
So far so good!......
