Resmed Airsense 10 chamber stuck

Can I use it tonight without water? Will I be charged to have it fixed? I think the little rubber seal was put in wrong?and chamber wasn't closed properly. I really REALLY need it tonight but already get dry mouth even with humidifier but I'm having terrible body cramps tonight I'm worse than a baby once my body starts getting tired it acts a fool ...also will it hurt my machine to use it as is without water and chamber stuck? I read other posts and can almost guarantee there's nothing sticky under there but I ran it 10 hours last night and now it's bigly stuck please any advice would be great I can't make it without my cpap

IF you had to force it in you can try forcing it out.
Do you hear a leak when you power it on?

You can use a cpap with or w/o water. I prefer distilled.

This is another reason to have a spare cpap.

You can run it just fine without water, but you *might* feel dry passages. Just make sure you turn the humidity to off so you're not heating an empty tank all night.

Humidity is a personal comfort setting. Many don't use water at all.

I doubt that it's because the gasket wasn't seated correctly. If that had been the case, it likely wouldn't have sealed correctly.

Use a butter knife to ensure that there is nothing between the chamber and the heater plate.

If that doesn't work, put the butter knife on the top of the chamber to gently pry the lid of the chamber downward, so they will go past the two stops.

If you want, you can actually fill your chamber through the hose. The tank holds 380 ml. Tilt the machine, forward with the tank side down and using a measuring cup, pour about 10 ounces (350ml) down, the tube.

Be careful you don't overfill.

Then run mask fit a few times to blow out all the residual drops along the sides of the hose.

Distilled water here; but sometimes I toss in a teaspoonful of cheap vodka.
I just scored some Plant botanical vodka for 80% off--smells nice.

What is botanical vodka - will my plants get drunk?
