I am glad this is a very forgiving forum.

As much as some detest the idea, funny always wins!

Took a while to find the actual amt of melatonin in the thing - 7 full mg, slow release or not - which is way more than most need, whatever else is in there.

Wear a waterproof bandage. Put half of the patch over the bandage.
