Which CPAP mask should you choose?

Hello all! My name is Megan and I am a sleep nurse practitioner as well as co-founder of Health Bloom, LLC. I wanted to share a free resource I put together for patients on how to choose a CPAP mask style based on your preferred sleep style, breathing pattern, preferences, etc. It includes pictures of all mask styles as well as brand names so you know what to purchase or ask for from your durable medical equipment company. I got mixed feelings about this one. My spam alarm went off but I decided it might benefit someone somewhere so I let it slide.

I figure you guys and gals are adults and can make your own decisions about that website.
