Use of Aircurve 10 with SoClean add-on

Post by robert-tim » Wed Jul 12, 2023 5:41 pm

I recently purchased an Aircurve 10 from a seller on Craigslist, and already had a SoClean ozone cleaner that I had been using with another device. The SoClean has now been fitted with an adapter that I have not purchased, but will allow its use with the Aircurve (and similar Resmed devices) and costs about $20. Do others who have considered such a cleaning method think it is safe in the sense of not harming the Aircurve? It's more convenient than other methods of keeping the device clean.

What is there to clean? Are you using distilled or tap water?

Never, ever use NoClean device. Besides damaging your cpap it also generates Ozone which is no good to breath.

Only ignorant fools have bought into the NoClean Scam Machine bullshit.

You've also voided any warranty on the resmed machine.

The NoClean Scam Machine doesn't *clean* anything, sneeze in your mask and the snot and boogers will still be there, and soon you'll get bits of foam too as even the superior resmed foam will be degraded by the ozone.

The only good NoClean Scam Machine is one that's been returned with a demand for refund.

DON'T!
Using an ozone generator will VOID the warranty--and can harm you.
Put it out with the trash, preferably after you smash it with a hammer,
to prevent some other idiot from trying to sell or use it.
