Here is my latest data since changing my minimum pressure from 5 to 7.

I do feel more rested. Should I be content with these readings or should I increase my pressure to 8 or 9? Please advise.

Sorry about migrating to another thread. My original thread was not getting any response so I moved it up in another thread.

If these were my data, I'd try raising the minimum. Always do that gradually.

Thanks for the "bump". I did not know that.

Thanks for the response and information! I will try raising the minimum to 8 (from 7) and see how that goes for awhile. I am excited that I'm getting positive results.
