The instructions for getting used to the device are very different from how you've been doing it.
Hi! I didn't have instructions on how to get used to it.
May I ask you, please, to share what you know?

Thank you kindly,

Antoine
I only know what I saw in their videos and on their site when I tried to learn about the device. Did you not read or watch???
They talk about building usage time gradually, certainly not about using it immediately for whole nights.

And now here is my secret, a very simple secret; it is only with the heart that one can see rightly, what is essential is invisible to the eye.

Hi!
Yes, I did, of course.
I can spend the whole night if I insert it before the soft palate.
When the tube goes into the soft palate the reflex to swallow or gag is definitely there.
Unsheating the device in the soft palate is almost unbearable at first.
I'm definitely not there yet.

Pro tip: I found that removing it in the morning by re-sheating it ever so slowly is safe and not damaging.
