Been in the club a little over a year, looking to improve

History: Started therapy last February, felt better for a while. Been feeling tired the last few months though.

I added the main chart as well as a zoomed in one for the CA event, where I noticed the "class 6" pattern I saw on some of the documentation here.

From what I can tell, I might need to change the pressure support? Not sure I entirely understand, hoping to get some feedback & advice.

Your AHI (including CA) and your leak are nearly perfect.

You could experiment with lower pressures for comfort. But, it looks like you are sleeping well. You could look at issues besides CPAP therapy for your fatigue complaint.
