A lot depends on which Medicare plan(s) you sign up for.
If you get part C "Advantage", your choice of providers may be limited.
Original Medicare (parts A and B, and D) have fewer restrictions, but you need to
consult with your state's free senior health insurance advice (SHIP for me)
Then, you need to find out who is in network for your supplement--if you get one.
Medicare transparency is being introduced in stages, so it is best to get the best
current information available.
Each state's department of insurance is charged with giving unbiased information to seniors.
Insurance agents are not.

Good point.

ftr - my comments above are about "Original Medicare" which is sooo much easier to work with.

IF you get an Advantage plan you may find that a brand of product that you've used successfully for years is not covered by the *Advantage* plan. And there are many more restrictions and hooks to snag you.

I don't care what the *Advantage* plan offers there is always a snag and I would never sign-up for one again.

Thank you everyone for your responses. I will be exploring who to use for supples, but in the meantime I got what may be the deal of the year through a local Buy/Sell group on Facebook Friday night an Air Sense 10 Autoset with just 820 run hours for $300. It all checked out when we met up, the guy selling does house clean outs and took it to sell. Now I will not have tho through the rent to own thing through Medicare.

Medicare Part B will still cover a good portion of your cpap accessories;
but you need your doctor to affirm that you use cpap.
