How many hours of real sleep are you getting?
Are those hours fragmented by very many wake ups?

Do you take any medications of any kind? Even OTC?? If so, what?

Any other physical or mental health issues going on?

There are many reasons for fatigue besides sleep apnea, and you can have multiple conditions at the same time.

When I first started being successful with CPAP, I craved sleep. It wasn't fatigue, but just craving how good my sleep was. But if you are still experiencing real fatigue, check in with your doctor. It could be many treatable things.

I take a Melatonin tablet at night along with two Magnesium tablets. Tho' your body normally produces Melatonin, the level normally decreases as we age. Be careful. You can get in trouble, if you take too much.
