Devilbiss Intellipap repair question

Post by mmadigan2 » Fri May 05, 2023 4:03 am

My Intellipap got wet in a suitcase (some damp clothes around it when I opened the bag). It starts fine but instantly goes to a high-pressure mode when I turn it on. There is not a ramp up nor am I able to turn it on by breathing into it. The menu settings show all is fine. Is this something that I can adjust or repair?

Thank-you for your assistance.
Mike

Did you connect it to a power source before it was completely dried?

OOPS
Dry it out before plugging it in.
There is still hope--I hope.

Unfortunately I did not realize that the machine itself was as wet as it apparently was and did plug it in. No overall difference after a few days - not feeling too confident - do you know of any repair possibilities/locations? Seems like a software issue...

Ordered a new Resmed 10 as a replacement but would like to have this as a backup if possible.
