How is your sleep hygiene? In today's world, most people do not practice good sleep hygiene because it takes a lot of effort to get into the habit. There are lots of resources available and here is one - https://healthysleep.med.harvard.edu/he ... oming/tips

I don't believe it is in that resource, but you should also review all supplements and prescriptions for their effect on sleep.

This is not to say that your CPAP therapy is OK. You need to keep exploring that also.

Sleep hygiene plus CPAP optimization can be difficult.

Unfortunately or fortunately my sleep hygiene is rather good.

Except screens like many of us...

I take melatonin, many herbs.

Any advice about my "sleep doctor" who told that maybe I don't need a CPAP to sleep ??

Melatonin supplements cause wild dreams in some people.

I would review all the herbs for possible sleep interference.

Do you know that herb supplementation is mostly nonsense and not supported by science?

I know for some yes...

Sometimes I am told to stop everything included Diazepam and AD but I am afraid.

Good luck. When I worry in bed, I listen to podcasts about big issues like war, economy, the banking system, etc. It sounds awful, but it diverts my attention to something I can do little about.

AD
What's that?

Remember, discontinuation of some drugs requires a taper under the supervision of a doctor.

No worry it's not expected for me to stop until I feel better.
