Re: data from March 31st to April 9th
Welcome! Your AHI is excellent, and your leak rates are fine. So all is well on those fronts.
You have relatively frequent flow limitations. These are limitations within your airway that don't qualify as obstructive apneas or hypopneas. If you zoom in on your flow rate in an area with flow limitations, you'll see distortions in the tops of your inhalation curves, which ideally will be smoothly rounded. The FLs may show up as flat tops, peaks, plateaus, or dents. They may make no difference to the quality of your sleep -- or they may be a problem for you.
EPR reduces your pressure when you exhale. By the same token, it increases your pressure when you inhale. That pressure increase can help to reduce flow limitations.
If you feel like experimenting a little, try raising your EPR from 1 to 2. At the same time, increase your minimum pressure by 1 to compensate. You want to make sure your minimum pressure is still doing a good job of preventing OAs.
If you try this experiment, give it a few days. If your AHI holds steady, then try increasing your EPR from 2 to 3, raising your minimum again by 1.
About wake-ups. Actually, they're common, and a few wake-ups per night isn't problematic so long as you're just waking up, rolling over, and falling back asleep. To my mind, the real question is how you're feeling during the day. Rested and alert? Or not?

Thank you so much i will definitely try these settings tonight and give them some time. for the most part i do wake up refreshed. I'm not really tired through the day but i do end up feeling sleepy in the evening. i just hate that i'm not getting a full 8 hours of sleep like i said i will go to sleep around 10 10:30 and im fully awake by 3:30 or 4am and i cannot go back to sleep.

Miss Emerita i followed your suggestion on upping EPR to 2 and upping my minimum to 9 just wanted to see if you noticed any change in data. don't pay attention to last night data i had a bad night of sleep due to anxiety. i didn't really notice any change in sleep from last week i'm still waking up one or twice throughout the night and sometimes i was able to go back to sleep.

Re: data from March 31st to April 9th
Your AHI stays mostly under 1, which is great. You have a constant but very low-level leak coming from somewhere; if it doesn't bother you, I wouldn't give it a thought. You had one night of fairly heavy FLs (Fri) but several of the other nights looked pretty good. And it looks as though you managed to sleep longer on several of the recent nights. It's good to hear you feel generally rested during the day, even if sleepy in the evening.
If you want to experiment further, you could try setting EPR to 3 and raising your minimum to 10. You might inch your maximum up to 12, since you were hitting 11 a few times this past week. But if you'd like to stick with your present settings, I think that would also be just fine.
Try as best you can to go to bed at the same time every night. Also, if you can stay awake a little longer in the evening, you may be able to sleep more regularly past 3 or 4 a.m. Or maybe you're just one of those people who does best with an unusual sleep/wake schedule. If you are, again, try to make it regular.
I'd say you're doing very well with your apnea therapy -- keep up the good work!

Re: data from March 31st to April 9th
Thank you so much I also just noticed on Friday when I had the high FL I had changed my humidity setting from 2 to 1. I feel I am always struggling with the humidity setting if I go up to three o feel as if I have moisture on the inside of my nose and it drives me nuts. So I’ll leave it at 2 and will try upping my max pressure tonight.

i upped my minimum to 10 max to 12 and set EPR to 3 i also decided to quit playing with humidity and set it to auto. although i left my tube temp at 84 i might turn it down a bit i feel its too warm
