ResMed Airsence 11 - humidifier stops working

ResMed Airsence 11 - humidifier stops working when the tank gets to halfway.
I tried changing many of the setting and the problem does not go away.
Any ideas?

How do you know it just "stops working when the tank gets half full"?

What is your humidity setting on the machine?
What is the ambient humidity in your bedroom?

Did you remove the water tub and touch the warming plate to see if it's warn? (careful...it may be hot).
You are not expected to use all the water during the night. Many people get 2-3 nights out of a tub of water.
