I have a question about CMS50D+.

Post by wonkim » Mon Mar 06, 2023 9:14 pm

I just received my CMS50D+ in the mail.

Inside is a black cable like this

I'm currently using a m1 pro macbook, so I installed the Windows 10 arm version with UTM.

Then I installed spo2 assistant version 3.05.

I got an error message saying that the device was not found.

I don't know how to fix it, please help me.

The cable looks like a standard USB cable, but it's not, it's a serial cable that has a misleading USB connector on the device.

If you don't have the right driver for the usb to serial driver chip that's in the cable, the cable won't work.
