OSCAR results - what should I try?
I got 8 hours of CPAP time last night, so I decided to check data and post here in case there might be some suggestions. Should I increase the max pressure to 20?

Many of us always set the max pressure to 20.0. The machine will not go that high unless it senses the airway collapsing at lower levels.
Some people that experience aerophagia, set a lower max pressure with hopes of preventing aerophagia.

As Chicago Granny says, you could consider putting your maximum up to 20 to see what happens. You do max out a few times during the night at 15.
You might also consider raising your minimum a bit, to see whether that might head off some of your obstructive apneas. You could try going up to a minimum of 13 to see whether that seems to help any. If it doesn't help but is tolerable, then you could try 14.
How would you feel about setting your ramp pressure to 7? I ask because then you could get your full EPR of 3 during your ramp period.

As others have said, yes, increase your max to 20, because it does not matter for most people.
More important is bumping your min pressure a little because your *effective* min pressure of 9 (set pressure - 3 EPR) is too low for you, and your starting pressure is *way* too low.

Thanks all, i just implemented all those changes into my machine.
Unfortunately I had crazy back pain last night from doing housework yesterday and slept awful! . I have to lose all this extra weight!

You might want to slowly increase your minimum pressure by 0.2 every night or two until your AHI goes down. Hopefully you would find a pressure where your obstructive apneas happen less frequently. I wouldn't rush it if I were you because your numbers already look really good. If you start to jump up and down by large numbers it'll take you longer in the end to find a good setting.
