I also post last night.
What do you think of these new scores? Is it useful to change new settings?

As the airflow becomes restricted, the mouth opens involuntarily to bypass the constriction of the area in the throat at tongue level and above.
Those jagged, toothlike leaks in your "constant pressure charts" are mouth leaks.luciferin wrote: ↑Mon Mar 06, 2023 1:13 pmYou've got to deal with those leaks, my friend. Anything could be hiding in there. I had very similar looking leaks with nasal pillows. Turns out I have an upper airway obstruction or floppy soft palate that restricts nasal flow and can force my mouth open. And it happens to me roughly every 90 minutes, right when I start REM sleep. Sometimes I'd be so exhausted that I'd sleep through it with my mouth open, more often it would slightly wake me and keep me from REM.
In your case, you have to look at what happens on all the charts together. Your sleep - its quality - is described by all of them together. You wouldn't describe a symphony of music by the number of times you hear drum beats, nor would you describe a rock group's music by focusing on guitar plucks alone. There's much information in your charts that isn't expressed by a "score", and you have to try to understand it in order to get the kind of sleep that will keep you from being so tired.

I feel very nauseous. I had a very difficult night with the change in pressure, there are even more leaks. I am attaching a screenshot of OSCAR.you have to find a higher pressure that will keep those drops in flow from happening.

There's a valve between your nose and your mouth, which is usually closed.Jimmy-Bills wrote: ↑Thu Mar 23, 2023 10:25 amThank you for your answer.
I feel like the stronger the pressure, the more air I have to hold in my mouth (and then it causes leaks when I sleep, right?).
I'm having a little trouble understanding the idea.
Some people, like me, never manage to keep the air from entering their mouth and blowing out through their lips when they sleep. So far, I don't have any strips yet. I just do mouth strengthening exercises.

I looked back, and I see how reducing the pressure reduced the large leaks.Jimmy-Bills wrote: ↑Thu Mar 23, 2023 12:33 pmYes I was in automatic pressure for a year and a half. And I was always tired, muddy.
I posted some screenshots on the front page. There were a lot of large leaks.
Switching to constant pressure at 6 reduced Large Leaks from 15% to 2-3% (see 0.5%). But the fatigue is still present.
