Ultimate Chin Strap Issue?

I purchased a Ultimate Chin Strap from https://sleepapneasolutionsinc.com on Feb 14th. I haven't heard anything. My Paypal account has been charged. I tried the 800 number but it is no longer in service. I tried the 954 number
4 times and a recording answers saying to leave a message but the voice box is full. Therefore, I can't leave a message. I know things happen in life and there could be many things going on and I understand that. I'm just not used
to not receiving any communication almost a week after I place an order.

Is this a scam? Have I been scammed? Have any of you had business dealings with this company?

UPDATE!

I just got a call from the company. The lady said she ran out of material and just got some in today. She apologized and said she would make it tonight and ship it out tomorrow. She apologized about her phone issues as well.
Apparently, she has another job and custom makes these in the evenings?????

Anyway, she said I should have it by the weekend.
