not but you suggested to play around and see what happens, if I'm not mistaken
Severe mixed apnea at the age of 35
Re: Severe mixed apnea with 35
Sorry those were all central. It's the line not the +5.

So here's the thing about lying (and they're lying because they said they Ableitung nach AASM which requires manual review)-- now everything they say becomes suspect.
So what else are they lying about?

Re: Severe mixed apnea with 35
they said explicitly only the Arousal Index was not checked. rest was checked. but you're completely right, this really undermines the trustworthiness of the report. So I guess I'm not completely wrong to doubt the results in total, also the other parts.
BTW do you confirm the "beautiful sleepstructure" from what you see on the report, or are they openly lying about that too?

And I wouldn't call Night 3
Speaking about mental health, how's yours? Specifically, are you presently on or have ever been on antidepressant medication? Your first 2 NPSG strongly suggest that.
but we'll get to that in a minute (or maybe tomorrow. Can't spend all day on the 'net y'know)(although I suppose I could, but it's probably not good for my mental health).Beautiful sleep structure

Re: Severe mixed apnea with 35
absolutely not. I've never been on ADs despite having had some issues with anxiety in the past. what exactly makes you think that I was on AD during the first study? which parameters?Rubicon wrote: ↑Tue Jan 31, 2023 4:15 amAnd I wouldn't call Night 3

PS: I appreciate the time you spent here to explain those things to me.
Re: Severe mixed apnea with 35
Well, it's definitely inaccurate (I wouldn't translate schone schlafstrukter as "beautiful sleep structure", but they're certainly implying normal, and it's not).
REM is low, Sleep Efficiency is nearly horrible, first REM is a little early (but not SOREM), WASO isn't great, there's a missing REM period (probably because of the WASO block so I'll give them that) and they woke you too early and missed final REM (or you could say TIB is too short).
Other than that, it's beautiful!

Re: Severe mixed apnea with 35
okay this leave room for Interpretation. does it means it's hopeless bad, or supposedly only bad because they woke me up too early. also I guess sleeping in this "environment" also plays a role.Rubicon wrote: ↑Tue Jan 31, 2023 10:40 amWell, it's definitely inaccurate (I wouldn't translate schone schlafstrukter as "beautiful sleep structure", but they're certainly implying normal, and it's not).

Re: Severe mixed apnea with 35
also what about the AD topic.
Re: Severe mixed apnea with 35
I'll bet they didn't do that either (for instance, the Desaturation Module is pretty accurate, so most, or a lot anyway, of people don't check it). But I think the lies aren't limited.
I don't know what software that is, but computerized arousal scoring isn't accurate to begin with, and using it at all raises questions.
So you should take it other way. Your NPSGs show basic TWA and your downloads look to show a lot of arousals. IMO the arousal count is actually accurate or even under-reported.
Regardless, if they said it's wrong have them rescore the report and send you the amended copy.
