Has anyone tried OSCAR with an IBreeze yet?? I’m so excited to grab an SD card to try! It’s been so frustrating trying to find solutions without being able to look at anything beyond basic ahi and leakage ( which are not great indicators anyways).
well, here's hoping you come back and show us the results!
people say i'm self absorbed.
but that's enough about them.

I bought the sd card and just have it in the machine for a few days. I have uploaded the data to OSCAR and I hope I can see some light. There is a lot to learn because I don't understand half the graphics but just to let you know the program works perfectly! I still can't use the machine and it's been over a month. I can see clearly in the reports that I haven't use it for over an hour which is half an hour after finishing the ramp. I was using it quite well until the 18th of august. I'll have a look at the section of how to upload and interpreter Oscar results and let you know. I already talked with the provider but they say the machine is fine....I still find it bumpy when breathing and I can't stand it....
Machine: Resvent ibreeze 20c (CPAP mode)
Mask : Philips Pico nasal mask

Thank you. Unfortunatelly, I am not allowed to change the software of the machine since all the service is provided by my insurance company for free and they don't allow me to make changes to the software and most of the machine configuration. It doesn't have a sd card inside either.
I guess it's not the best machine in the market. I would try to rent a different brand and see how it goes and maybe I would just buy one that suit my needs.
So this a favorited quote that DME's say. Just go ahead and do the update they will not know. Your insurance has already paid in full. Most are completly ignorant of how the machine even operates. Also if they have not updated the unit they are not doing you any favors. As to the sd card any one will work there is about 2 years worth of data storage on the machine even with no card installed.

Hooray for the search engine!

I've looked at data from a family member's loaner machine, in their software AND OSCAR.

Machine is absolute garbage. Long runs of flagged Flow Limitations, and the pressure just sits there around 6'ish.

Also, no way the residual AHI is always less than 1. Like 0.2, 0.3, 0.0? Nope.

thanks for this update. i was a little leery when folks started coming into the forum with this machine. now i can in more confidence warn them away from this machine.

here is my link from compass health the most current svc for the wifi model 20894. it has a great step by step on how to do it. I used a diffrent sd card so I didn't lose my data doing the way the guide says to do it.

thank you for the info!

thank you from me too! One note to help others, I experienced the bumping, also the machine hyperventilating me for about 10 - 15 seconds with 2 - 3 breaths per second occasionally. This behavior woke me up. My sleep doctor didn't know what it was. My equipment provider (CPAP4me) didn't know what it was. Another symptom of the problem I had was that the AHI was always abnormally high. Even after using it for half an hour while awake. After I updated it per the link you published, my machine works GREAT! Thanks again.
