Here's the OSCAR chart for that day, for reference: https://imgur.com/a/DkJS0v4
Yeah, SkyLab view offers no help. Have to see the entire file in SleepHQ or Oscar as those few FLs could easily be artifact, especially since HR is off the wall.

Your previous PSG for reference:

What medications did you and are you taking besides the nasal stuff?

Again, no law says you can't try BiPAP, ASV, or Servo 900C if you think it helps.

Freeze this moment a little bit longer.
Make each sensation a little bit stronger.

Also, your symptoms don't match your data:

I'm a 22 year old guy (145 lb 5'8), suspecting that I have UARS since my AHI is low with higher RERAs / RDI. My symptoms include fatigue and brain fog symptoms: cannot concentrate/focus... poor memory, lack of internal monologue at most parts of the day, every day. My symptoms started when I moved into a new apartment that I was super allergic to (likely mold and dust, maybe pet dander), and I have had them for two years. My ENT said I have swollen, enlarged inferior turbinates, likely from the allergies, and I have nasal congestion when I sleep. I recently had a sleep study and a titration test, and they diagnosed me with sleep apnea (though my AHI < 5).
BTW, still in the same apartment?

Which are Alice. What machine did you use? PDX or 5/6?

Sorry, how do I send you this file? What do you mean by "those few FLs could easily be artifact" - I'm having a hard time interpreting that language, what does "artifact" mean here? Are you suggesting that my OSCAR is underreporting, or overreporting the FLs?

Why don't my symptoms match my data?

I've moved out a while ago. I lived in that apartment from summer 2019-spring 2020. From spring 2020 - fall 2021, I lived in my childhood home, where my symptoms were better, but not fully resolved. From fall 2022 - jan 2023, I moved into another two apartments that I was somewhat allergic to since they still had carpet in the bedroom, but not as bad as the original apartment. Just a few weeks ago, I've now moved into a new apartment with no carpets. I know for sure that the allergies cause my sleep to be worse. It is consistent across all channels. In dustier bedrooms, I have more flow limitation, worse symptoms, and more fragmented sleep on my apple watch.

Re: the other two threads

1. I only take nasacort and azelastine. Based on my apple watch sleep tracking I do every day now, I think that first PSG was not representative of my actual sleep, since I went to bed way earlier that night than I usually do, so I imagine my REM sleep was delayed on that night (and I probably would have gotten more REM sleep if I slept another 2 hours. I only slept 5 on that night).

2. What does "Which are Alice" mean? In the study you linked, that was my original sleep study, so I wasn't titrated with any machine during that.

Either load those days into SleepHQ and post the link, or upload the contents of the SD card to dropbox and post that link.

Sorry, since that time I have gone on hiatus, an interlude which will interestingly take me near The Rubicon!

Record analysis requires viewing waveforms in 10 minute windows, 5 minute windows, even 1 minute windows, and is very time consuming, so I think I'm going to limit forum visits (and screen time in general) to drive-bys for a while.

Good luck!
