iBreeze Turns off after 5 seconds

iBreeze Turns off after 5 seconds

Just got a new machine and it turns off after 5 seconds, no matter what I do. It also says my mask doesn't fit even though it fits fine. Anyone ever had this problem?

Do you have the humidifier tub inserted? Do you have the hose attached?

Do check all connections.
It sounds like something is loose, but looks OK.
