As a person who enjoys new technology, especially as related to CPAP, I decided to order this. It arrived quickly and when putting it together the sensor wiring broke and a new set of sensor sent. Got it put together successfully, filled it with water and it worked perfectly. Conceptually, the product is excellent but there were some issues that were easily remedied.

1. The documentation that comes with the device is poor and needs improvement. When you order Sebastian (inventor) will send an email with a link to a YouTube video showing how to put it together. I realized I had installed the sensors incorrectly the first time and the broken sensor were my doing. However, Sebastian sent replacements immediately.

2. I’m not fond of the opening at the top as I believe dust can get into the water reservoir. I placed a microfiber washcloth on top. (Since I’m new here I will attached try to attach a picture, if unsuccessful please message me and I will see if I can it to you)

3. Make sure you have plenty of distilled water in the reservoir. One night the unit started beeping signaling that the water was low.

4. You have to be careful removing the sensors from the water chamber. I wash my water chamber every week and it was a little dicey as I had to make sure water didn’t get all over my nightstand.

All this being said, I feel that this is a great solution for those people who run out of water at night. It is definitely nicer looking than the Fisher & Paykel unit.

I was curious, so I looked it up. Automatic water filler.
Useful for a disabled person--but really expensive.
Damn expensive!

a bit expensive, in my humble opinion. not something i'd want to spend money on, though.

like you say, useful for disabled.

besides, i really have no room for it.
people say i'm self absorbed.
but that's enough about them.
