Well I tell ya, if I miss my "Window of Opportunity" for taking sleep, it's like walking into McDonald's and ordering a hot dog.robysue1 wrote: ↑Thu Oct 13, 2022 4:11 pmMe? I'm seldom sleepy enough to go to bed much before 12:30 or 1:30. But on those rare occasions when I do get sleepy by 11:30, I do now tend to go to bed.Rubicon wrote: ↑Thu Oct 13, 2022 12:25 pm10:30!?lazarus wrote: ↑Thu Oct 13, 2022 12:21 pmI need to start doing better at that, too, myself. I haven't seen 10:30 since the Billy Joel concert!
And frankly he looked like he should have been in bed at 10!
Freeze this moment a little bit longer.
Make each sensation a little bit stronger.
Experience slips away.
