? switching to nasal pillow from full face mask and pressure
? switching to nasal pillow from full face mask and pressure
Hoping to get some feedback. I have been using a full face mask since starting cpap in 2019 as always thought I was a mouth breather. I have a phillips dreamwear nasal pillow cushion that I want to give a try. I got a chin strap to help as well. I am currently using 9cm - 13cm, w/EPR on full time w/EPR of 1. I run currently temp of 81 and humidity of 4. My main question is when I try the nasal cushion tonight do I run the same pressures as I would if using my full face mask? I know I need to switch the setting on my resmed 10 airsense to nasal vs full face, but did not know whether the pressures remain the same regardless of the mask chosen? Thanks in advance

If your AHI is reasonable at the pressure range you are using, you shouldn't have to make any further adjustments.
