lol this is why I don't take pharmaceuticals. Some of them make me jittery and nervous (like the tylenol with codeine I got with a tooth extraction a few years ago.)Dog Slobber wrote: ↑Mon Oct 24, 2022 2:15 pmHas there been a correlation between decongestion use and insomnia.
A lot of decongestions, especially the pills can contribute to insomnia.
I am really hoping something on the alternative/less invasive scale will help. I mean, I can almost reliably pluck my eyebrows and sneeze and sneezes are natures best way to clear the old sinuses. I used a nasal spray similar to a saline spray last night and got a few good sneezes after it. The main thing for me was I slept a lot more hours, comfortably. ALSO I used a vicks nasal inhaler dohiggy. Looks like a chapstick with a round top for sticking at your nose and inhaling the menthol. Cheesy and weak but it worked.

The numbers look decent but still a lot more in the flow limits and leakage area. I am not aware of my mouth popping open like I was the night before. THAT was the biggest reason for lack of sleep.
Appreciate the input.
