One zoomed in graph and one statistics page which shows a really low AHI and everything is pretty unremarkable.

This was the only question I really saw and I didn't say anything because I assumed other people would since it is a simple question that deserves a simple answer....but no one really answered the question. Fell through the cracks.

However should I be concerned about the OA I am having?

The response from me.....no, I wouldn't be concerned about a single OA or even 2 or 3 during the night with reports like you are having.
Everything is pretty darned unremarkable and we don't worry about flagged events until we start seeing an awful lot of them all the time.

Your AHI average with this machine....well below 1.0....doesn't get much better than what you are having and I wouldn't worry about occasional events of any kind.
