I NEED YOUR HELP

Post by rev0lted » Tue Jul 05, 2022 8:47 am

Hi everyone, I've been on cpap for 7 months diagnosed with severe apnea (39.9) AHI. Apap says every morning less than 1 AHI but I wake up very tired and with bags in my eyes, I look at the data on OSCAR and it doesn't seem to have much information, I'll leave a screenshot, if you can help me with any information I'd appreciate it

Note: I'm using a tape on my mouth and I use a dreamwisp nasal mask, I've used a facial too.

So....
1. How many hours of actual sleep are you getting on average?
2. Are those hours fragmented with a lot of wake ups?
3. Do you take any medications of any kind? If so, what? Be specific...don't just say BP meds or stuff like that.
4. Any other physical or mental health condition going on that might impact sleep or how you feel during the day?
5. Exactly what daytime symptoms are you having that you wished CPAP had made go away but it didn't?

Your detailed report is unremarkable. Time to look elsewhere for the cause of your problems....IMHO.

2 - Yes, I remember waking up at least 3 times a night
3 - No, no medication
4 - Not
5 - Brain fog, physical fatigue and extreme daytime sleepiness

don't know if it would help in your case, but there is something called sleep hygiene. here's a link talking about it-
