Free mask needs a good home

Post by WillSucceed » Sun Mar 13, 2005 5:23 pm

I have a DeVilbiss Serenity mask that I received as part of the package (here in Ontario, they have to sell a package to qualify for ADP funding) when I purchased my first CPAP back in Oct. 04. I find it very strange to be writing "my first CPAP"... yikes! But I digress... anyway, I have only used this mask once and found that it just is not the right fit for my big head.

Being basically frugal, I hate the thought of throwing it out and would be willing to send it to anyone who would like to give it a try. You can find this mask on the DeVilbiss website (if I knew how to do the URL stuff, I'd include the link) and, if you think it might fit you and/or if you would benefit from receiving a mask for free, please send me a private e-mail and I'll send it throught the post.

I PIM'ed you.

Having stuck my foot in the door, what is the noise level of the mask? I love my cannula (Nasal Aire) but my wife is not so crazy about it. It has some noise on every inhale until I am sleeping deeply.

Zees Plees got the first response to me so I'm sending it off to him. I've asked him to pass the mask on if it does not work for him.

The first line of Zees Plees message is that he sent me a PIM (private message). His was the only private message that I received, so I responded to him saying that I would send the mask.

I'm sorry, Guest, if you are annoyed by this but I did ask that anyone interested send me a private -I'm not on this forum every day but I do get an e-mail message from my internet provider telling me that I have received a private message from this forum. I just thought that a private message would speed things up. Again, sorry if this has annoyed you. I have asked Zees Plees to pass the mask on if it does not suit him.

my humble apologies. I did not correctly read the posts. It is very kind of you to offer the mask to someone else. Have a nice day.
