F20 mask to airsense 10

Hi there, just trying to attach my new resmed F20 full face mask to my humidifier tube. Doesn't fit?

The most common cause of a new mask not fitting the end of the long hose at the mask end is some part of an old mask is still stuck in the end of the long hose.

Check your hose to make sure that nothing is stuck in the mask end preventing a new mask connecting.

If you can't see anything...post a picture of the end of the hose so we can also see.
