At home I would recommend the Philips Respironics Everflo (or the Everflo Q version, if you can find it) with OPI if you don't travel much. You can get tubing that connects from the concentrator to your bi-level via the climate oxy hose. I use 25ft tubing and have the concentrator in my office with the door shut so I don't hear it while sleeping. I prefer using the built in oxy port, versus a bleed in adapter, for convenience's sake, plus you have the luxury of the dry O2 gas going through humidity before reaching your airways. It's nice that the unit has wheels since it's 35lbs, and there isn't any real user maintenance besides changing the big filter every 2 years (ymmv depending on your atmosphere of course) and wiping down the exterior with a cloth.
The Inogen One at home is nice if you do travel, because it's only 18 lbs and much smaller, more energy efficient and quieter, but it's newer so there isn't much of a track record when it comes to reliability afaik.
Either way, when I travel I just get one of the hotel carts and load all my gear anyway, it's a bit of a pain but it's better than waking up feeling like dung.

One normally puts the bleed in adapters at the machine end of the hose, anyway.raisedfist wrote: ↑Wed Jun 15, 2022 7:44 amI prefer using the built in oxy port, versus a bleed in adapter, for convenience's sake, plus you have the luxury of the dry O2 gas going through humidity before reaching your airways.
