My allergist recommends against using the Navage device, but she did recommend using the (low-tech and gentle) Neilmed rinse bottle and saline packets. It is important to use distilled water, she said. I have found rinsing helpful myself; maybe worth your while to try?

If you aren't already using Flonase spray, I recommend that you start it. This was another recommendation from my allergist. It takes a few weeks to build up its effectiveness, so you'd need to be patient. I use it about an hour before I go to bed to get maximum benefits during the night.

The images you posted show snores and leaks as well.
Could your mask - its seal or its traps - be worn out? Leaks and snore can certainly wake you up without having caused the machine to register any type of apnea!
