Tired all over again

I started using my cpap about a year ago. It was life changing. No more daytime sleppyness. Was able to watch tv with my family without dozing off. My kids told me it’s my new super power. 8 months in, without anything changing, I am exhausted at work and dozing off at my desk and I can no longer stay awake in the evening watching tv with the family. Has anyone else had this issue? Any tips?

Yes, download Oscar (see 2nd Stickie) and post according to info given - in this thread please - and experts here will help interpret results and advise on all. Please put the model # etc. of your machine and mask in the Profile where it'll show up under your notes for all to use when replying. Oscar's the best software out there for apnea.

sorry you are having such a rough go of it. as to tips, we'll need to know more info. as in, what machine do you use? we don't all use the same type or brand or model number. so in order to help, that's where we'd like to see what you have.

julie mentioned the free software oscar. but let's see if your machine is supported, though it likely is.
