Runny Nose that does not stop

I have been using an airsense 10 for over 2.5 years. All of a sudden a have a constant runny nose, and I can sneeze constantly as well. All of my hoses, nasal pillows ( the only thing I can use) and reservoir are all brand new. I have used the so
Clean machine, or I clean everything every day. I have been to an ENT with nothing unusual. I have used without the humidifier and with low and high settings. I am at my wits end. I really need the cpap. I have too many events without it. Even with the cpap I still have from 3-6 events an hour. I really need help. When I get a runny nose I can have it for up to 3 days.
I am seriously desperate for help. I have talked to everyone including cpap provider. No help.

As you have used it for years with no issues, it is unlikely to be the machine but may be related to the SoClean. If it was me I would not use SoClean and see if it improves. It is possible you have some new allergies as well, so trying some OTC allergy meds either in pill form or nasal spray may be worth a shot.

Personally I have major allergies year-round that require daily meds, but rarely clean my machine, water tank, hose, or mask. Maybe I wipe down the mask once a week, but only clean the tank when I notice floaters. A cleaning regime is a personal choice, so if you feel you need to clean it often have at it, just use a soft soap like Dawn or others for dishwashing or baby bums.

My allergologist prescribed me Ipratropium Nasal Spray for similar symptoms; maybe talk to yours. It has worked great for me on those (otherwise rare) occasions when I have that problem.

Okay, I do not have covid and I have not used so clean in months. I tried not cleaning anything and that did not help. I tried cleaning everything daily and that did not help. No humidity or various levels of humidity. The runny nose usually goes on for a minimum of two days but up to three. When I don’t use the cpap I do not have the problem. I just stop breathing. I had the same problem with the Air mini which I returned. And more importantly Res Med took it back saying there was a problem with that. The same issue. Here is the really fun part. Once I start sneezing and my nose starts running NOTHING STOPS IT! No allergy pills. Prescription or over the counter and no nose spray. Absolutely nothing. Tonight I am going to sleep with the humidifier on the highest setting. After this I am at a total loss. I am really frustrated. HELP.
