Good evening I have just put my sd card onto sleepyhead one night I had 18.65 apnoea hypopneas my clear airway was 15.39 what pressure would be good for me many thanks

As for your question about pressures....the machine you have isn't really a good machine for treating central/clear airway apneas.
It won't do what is needed for central apneas...depending on what the cause is.

About all we can offer is turn EPR off and you have already done that.

Need to find out what is causing the centrals...if there is a cause....did you have them on the diagnostic sleep study or did they just pop up now?

A lot more information is needed before anyone can offer anything....
So answer the questions you were asked in your first thread please.
