I received my new recall dreamstation bipap, and the modem doesn't fit. It seems to be an older model? Any suggestions?

Is the replacement a newer model with a built-in modem?

No the modem is a slip in kinda model, just not the same casing as the old one

I went to my pulmonologist's office, who sent me to my MDE, who gave me a modem. All is fixed. Thank you.
