I am about to buy an AirSense 10 AutoSet in Chile but the provider information says the data transmission is done by GSM only for 4 years (given there is GSM in the area). How can it be limited to 4 years? Does this mean I won't be able to use an app for reading the machine data after that? Might I use both MyAir and the other APP they have suggested in this site?
Thank you very much.

MyAir (the App provided for end-user use) is not limited to 4 years. No it's possible the provider will only provide you 4 years of their access to ResMed's AirView service. The only limitations to MyAir is: location or cell technology.

@mcm2022 - I wouldn't get hung up on MyAir. Look into OSCAR software - https://www.sleepfiles.com/OSCAR/ - it's much more detailed than MyAir. You just need to transfer the SD card from your AirSense 10 to your computer and import the data.
