F30i fitment
F30i fitment
Hello all. First time posting. Happy to be here. I'm somewhat new to all this. I have the f30i and initially loved it. My set-up consists of a medium mask and a large frame. I am serviced by the VA, and it seems they don't have the best knowledge when it comes to fitment. After about a month and a half, I've started to notice the nasal area not as snug as it was initially. I end up having to reset the nasal section several times a night. I've tightened all 4 straps a few times, and am now pretty close no room for adjustment. I am a primarily a side sleeper, and toss from side to side. Is it possible that I may need a medium frame? Or different size mask? Unfortunately with the VA, it's not very easy to try different set-ups. I basically call and tell them which one I want to try over the phone, and they mail it to me. Thanks in advance.
Re: F30i fitment
May not apply to you, but If you use baby wipes on the silicone(?) weekly, it tends to tighten it, otherwise it does get loose and not much good.

Or nightly--can't hurt. Makes it a little clingier, too.
If you are using the silicone about a month and a half before replacing,
you are doing better than I.
Or did the VA fail to mention that part is consumable?
--and requires replacement when it relaxes too much?
