error message

Post by morty93 » Mon Feb 28, 2022 2:54 am

Hello

I have a Philips Go CPAP that is giving me a 'Service Required 012220-00695' message when it turns on.

Any idea what this message mean or how to get it to go away?

Because right now it is not working and i really need it to work because i am traveling away from home, it has been working as normal no issues. It gets used about a week every month when traveling for work and has been fine for the past 1.5 years.

Thanks

yes i did, i let it sit unplugged for about 30 minutes and plugged it back in.

i get the normal load in screen then about 3-5 seconds later the error pops up, and i cannot 'force' the machine to turn on during that time either

The device needs to be taken in for service--or heaved into the nearest dumpster.
