Respironics cpap machine recall

Hi Everyone, I received a recall notice on my machine the Respironics one and I did register it for the recall. They keep telling me that they are working on it. Does anyone know if there is a lawsuit regarding this machine? Thank you

i don't know how you can NOT open an email and get poked in the eye with yet another resperonics lawsuit.
