Post by BuckeyeJerry » Fri Jan 14, 2022 4:18 pm

I have a ResMed AirCurve 10 VAuto w/HumidAir Humidifier for sale. I was told it was never used. When I turned it on the hours display 0. I was wanting to get maybe $250 for it. It also has a few supplies with it.

Get a price from SecondWindCpap. https://www.secondwindcpap.com/ Probably worth at least $500 to them.

In order to see the actual run hours you need to go into the Clinical menu...If you are seeing 0 Used Hours on the screen, that is NOT the number of run hours.

I don't see a way to get into clinical mode or maybe I'm not supposed to have access to that.

How did you come to be in possession of this machine?

The way to get into clinical setup mode is the same will all AirSense/AirCurve machines.
Explained in the manual...page 14 I think it is

Pugsy,. I got this machine through FB for my wife. Now her insurance finally got her one. My wife is currently in a nursing home and was just put on hospice care and I thought someone could Benefit from it and at a reasonable price.

Can you post a photo of the machine and the screen showing 0 hours? It helps with the trust factor as some folks here have been burned trying to purchase machines over the internet via forums or Cragslist.

No insult intended, but it is a harsh reality that there are those who would take advantage of others trying to deal with medical conditions.
Simplicity is simple, complexity is complex. Don’t confuse the two.

Not looking good folks.
I bought the machine...it was supposed to be mailed out last Tuesday a week ago today.
Haven't heard a damn thing. My PM to OP is still sitting in my outbox here.
No tracking number...no nothing.
Guess I need to get PayPal involved....sigh.
I may have to rethink allowing new accounts posting just for sale items. Hate to be that way but I may have to do that.
