Working with the MyAir App on iOS

Post by PhillS » Fri Dec 31, 2021 2:41 pm

Hello CPAPers,
I have been using the ResMed AirSense 10 machine and now I got a new model as a replacement. My machine is approaching its age.My question is how do I make the MyAir app show me the night's report using the new machine? Is it automatic or do I need to register the new machine or??? totally in the dark since the last time i did that was several years back.

Any better app that would give more detailed results that would work with the ResMed AirCurve 10 VAuto?

Thanks in advance for any information.

You have a tremendous amount of data on your machine screen Sleep Report (Assuming it is turned on in the Clinical Menu)
In the Clinical Area, Essentials must be set to PLUS. To use the MyAir App, you need to register your new machine.

Sign in to https://myair.resmed.com on a computer, not your phone. Scroll to the bottom of the Dashboard. Under My Equipment click Change under your current machine. It will walk you through setting it up so you can use the super-convenient MyAir app to quickly and easily access your important nightly numbers. If there are any issues you can open up Oscar to see what's going on.

Welcome to the forum.

MyAir really doesn't give you much more real information than is already available on your machine. To get a proper detailed understanding of your therapy, Oscar is the best tool there is.
* Download Oscar
* Oscar help
* An alternative to Oscar - try SleepHQ

I have no medical training or qualifications. Take my advice for what it's worth.

MyAir is great motivation for a CPAP-naive user. It sounds like you want an excellent analysis tool. That would be OSCAR ----> http://www.apneaboard.com/forums/Thread ... load-links

We can give you plenty of help learning to use OSCAR. Please stick to this one thread so members can easily see your history.

Welcome!
