Hi,
I have Resmed Airsense 10 AutoSet.
I’m based in the UK.
I notice that on other peoples OSCAR output using the AS10, RERA’s are identified and reported. However, on mine, they are not.
Does anyone know if there is a difference in software/algorithms by country that would explain this?
Many thanks.
Paul.

Re: RERA on Airsense 10
No difference in machines or algorithms between countries.
You haven't seen RERAs flagged on your reports because you just haven't ever had them.
I am in the US...I don't have RERA flags either. I just don't have them.

Re: RERA on Airsense 10
RERA's were added to the Airsense 10 AutoSet reporting sometime recently, not in the early machines. My 2016 AutoSet For Her model only shows them in For Her mode, not regular AutoSet. My 2019 AutoSet shows them (0401 firmware). Both of these are US marketed machines though.
ResMed does not seem to be scoring as many as my Philips Respironics System One machine (before recall).
I assume the User Flags (1 or 2) could be turned on and set up to catch some and report in OSCAR.

Sleep study in 2010 (11cm CPAP). Pillows (Swift FX>TAP PAP >Bleep). PRS1 “Pro” 450/460 until recall, now Aircurve 10 VAuto. Tape mouth. Palatal Prolapse solved by AlaxoStent & VAuto EPAP 4cm, PS 3.6cm = 0.0 AHI
