Goiter

If no meds...can't blame medication side effects for the poor sleep.

Your pressure needs are high to start with with your tight range it's going to be really hard to say if higher average is from the goiter or not because there's simply not much room to range around anyway.
Only thing you might really spot that might point to something different is if you never hit max of 20 and now since the goiter you are seeing lots of times when you hit max of 20. That would maybe point to a more restricted airway due to the goiter maybe pressing on the airway a bit.

Is the goiter the cause??? Maybe.
About the only thing you could try right now is maybe increasing your pressure a bit and see if you start sleeping better.
It's a wild ass guess kind of thing. Something to try.

I forget...what machine are you using and do you hit 20 very often?

Thanks pugsi.You always a great help.I use philpis dream series apap.To night I will increase the min to 18 and lets see.

I have a bipap machine in my home.I think i should use it if the apap fails

I dont think this goiter shrink.Surgery is the only option.But my thyroid is mildly inflammed.I dont know what doc will say.He allow me to do the surgery or not.But I am struggling with my sleep a lot.

I made the same post in another sleep apnea forum. Some of them removed their goiter and feeling good interms of breathing and sleep
