Suggested replacement APAPs for Philips Dreamstation?

I've been using the Philips Dreamstation APAP for quite a few years now.
Due to the recall, I want to find something to replace it with, preferably a different brand.
The Dreamstation is my first and only sleep apnea treatment device, so I have no experience with other brands or models.
Does anyone here have any APAP brand and model suggestions that might not be too jarring of a switch over from my Dreamstation?
With humidifier, and ideally with heated tubing option.
Oh, also, are most PAP hoses "standard" ? that is, could. I use any mask I want with any brand of machine?

Resmed Airsense 10 Autoset, or S9 Autoset, superior in every way.

Yes, the ends of the hoses that fit the mask are all the same.

i second the suggestions from palerider and yes, mask and hose will work.

you may be pleasantly surprised by the resmed line of machines. i have used both and overall, i prefer resmed over philips.
