About medication I take melatonin around 10pm. Go to sleep at 11 max.
I take diazepam. A few drops. Sometimes I add some antihistamine sleeping pills. I tried many meds.

For years antidepressant. Sertraline at the moment.
Sorry to hear about your troubles. The diazepam caught my eye. How much is a few drops? It can worsen sleep apnea in some people.

It's only from 4 to 8 drops.
Does the bottle tell you how many milligrams that is? Sometimes these liquids are concentrated.

Apparently : 1 ml = 30 drops = 10 mg

So, math challenged me thinks that you take about 2-3mg. That sounds pretty low, but it would be something to ask your doctor about, especially as you're on several meds.

Today after one night with EPR 2 : I feel really bad. But impossible to know if EPR has any relation since my sleep quality is unreliable.

I cannot understand the reasons of my numerous arousals.
One thing is sure : I woke up at 4am and impossible to sleep before 5am.
Overall I slept around 6h max.

When I woke up I feel not so bad, but tiredness started around 10am.
Besides my Oscar numbers are good : AHI 2 (only CA) and 95% FL 0.09
