I just wanted to give a shout out to Terry at Texas Home Medical. I changed masks and sent her an email letting her know. I received a phone call back within 1 day and she's shipping the new mask supplies today and including a mailing label so I can return the unused old mask items.
I read a lot of complaints about greedy and unresponsive DMEs and just wanted you to know there are good ones out there too.
