Originally, I said
AirCurve CS 10 PaceWave is how they market AirCurve10 ASV in some markets (Australia, Middle East, Netherlands, etc)

It actually looks like "AirCurve 10 ASV" is the US name, for the rest of the world it's named

AirCurve 10 CS PaceWave
Aircurve 10 CS-A
Aircurve 10 CS-A PaceWave
Aircurve 10 CS-A TJ

They are not the same machine. Read the decriptions.

Reading the clinical guide for the CS PaceWave, they are the same machine.

https://www.resmed.com.au/hubfs/downloa ... ow-eng.pdf

I don't have a direct link for the ASV clinical guide, but the user guide shows the same three modes of operation: CPAP, ASV, ASVAuto.

https://www.respshop.com/manuals/378192 ... er_eng.pdf

The webpage I originally cited has a mistake that includes VAuto mode as part of the functionality.

The PaceWave is just a different model name for the ASV model. One of the non invasive ventilators.

The OP question was about the AirCurve 10 VAuto and was it the same as the PaceWave/ASV.....and the answer to that question is "NO".
The VAuto cannot breathe for someone and it is NOT considered in the model class for non invasive ventilators.
Several differences in settings but the biggest difference is the VAuto doesn't have back up rate capabilities.

GDay from the land downunder, thanks from everyone’s input, I think I can get my head around the differences now , not that it really matters.
I have been using a AirSense elite ( set on 8.2 pressure) for about two months now with pretty terrible results ,however after seeing a sleep doctor again for a review, I was asked to see a sleep tech at the local hospital and was given a ResMed PaceWave to trial.
I believe the results so far are remarkable, I will try to post a copy of the results I have been recording ( a couple of weeks using the Elite and week of the results on the PaceWave)

The image needs to be smaller than 1 MB in order for the forum to accept as an attachment.

Below the 3 Save / Preview / Submit buttons, there is an Attachments tab. Click on it, then click Add files button.

Select your file. Then you can click the Place inline button.
Then hit Submit button.

BTW the experts here prefer OSCAR screenshots in a specific format.

They also ask that questions specific to your therapy stay in one single thread - this one.
So that they don't hunt down other threads to know your history.
Or have to answer in multiple threads.

The easy way to set the OSCAR (v1.2) graphs in the preferred order and format:

1. Go to View menu - Reset Graphs - Standard

2. In View menu, turn on Sidebar

3. Again in View Menu turn off Daily Calendar and Pie Chart

4. Set Graph Height in File Menu -> Preferences -> Appearance Tab
The default should be 180.

On my setup, when set to 80, I get really squished up graphs.

At 192, the 5 graphs (flags, flow rate, pressure, leak, flow limit) are nicely spaced out.

At 160 I also get snores as the bottom graph.

5. Reset Graph Heights in View menu. This step may not be always necessary.

Why do you keep popping in to offer incorrect "information"?

Prior to starting to use the PaceWave , the earlier readings were when I was using the Elite
